UPPSC 2013 Examination Question Paper, Pattern of UPPSC Exam Question Paper

In last article, we have mentioned about the uppsc exams eligiblity.   In this article, let us know what will be the question paper type of UPPSC.  Kindly note that, the given information about question paper is  according to the Module Question Paper of UPPSC and the actual paper type might be different so candidates have to study according to the module papers or can find the preious question papers to study UPPSC examination 2013, 2014.

UPPSC Question Paper Pattern and Level of Toughness

The UPPSC Question Papers level is honors Degree Level, i.e. a Level Higher than the Bachelor’s Degree and Lower than the Master’s degree.  In Engineering, Law and Medical Sciences, the level corresponds to the Bachelor’s Degree.

UPPSC Exam Written Examination Question Paper

The written exam will consist of the following papers:

Must and Compulsory:

Paper I—-One of the Indian languages —–300 marks.
Paper II— English —-300 marks.

Papers I and II are of a qualifying nature only, the marks obtained in them will not count for ranking purposes.

Paper III — Essay —-200 marks.
Paper IV & V —Genral studies —-300 marks.

Optional subjects – (2 subjects)

Papers VI & VII —optional I (papers I & II) —-300 marks each.
Papers VIII & IX optional II (papers I & II) —-300 marks each.

GRAND TOTAL (papers III to IX) —-2000 marks.
