How to send answer to KBC 6 Questions through IVR and SMS

Kaun Banega Crorepati registration process started on 28th May,2012. The first question was asked on 28th May,2012. The questions are aired in Sony television channel every day from 28th May till 7th June,2012. It is very easy to register for KBC 6. The answer to KBC 6 registration question can be sent either by sending SMS to the SMS registration number of KBC 6 or through IVR by dialing IVR registration numbers of KBC 6.

The registration details of the IVR numbers and the numbers to which SMS is to be sent are given below.

SMS and IVR numbers for KBC 6

• SMS number for Idea mobile subscribers is 554567
• SMS number for other mobile subscribers is 52525
• IVR number for Idea mobile subscribers is 55456
• IVR number for BSNL land line subscribers is 5052525
• IVR number for BSNL Punjab and Rajasthan subscribers is 12555

IVR number for other mobile operators is not available.

How to send answer to KBC 6 questions by SMS

Whether you are a subscriber of Idea mobile or a subscriber of any other mobile operator, you need to send SMS in the following format to the given SMS registration numbers to register for KBC 2012.

SMS Format to send answer to KBC 6 registration question

“KBC space (Answer Option (A/B/C/D))space(Age)space(Gender)”.

For example, if the correct answer as per you is ‘C’, and you are 29 years 5 months old as on 25th May,2012 and you are Female; you need to send SMS as “KBC C 29 F”.

How to send answer to KBC 6 questions by IVR

You can send answers to KBC 6 registration questions by calling the IVR registration numbers of KBC 6. The IVR option is only available for IDEA subscribers and BSNL land line subscribers. Here is a way to send answer to KBC 6 questions by IVR method.

For Idea subscribers : Idea subscribers have to send the answer by calling the IVR number 55456. Here is a way to send answer by Idea subscribers.

• If your answer option is ‘A’, then call 5545601
• If your answer option is ‘B’, then call 5545602
• If your answer option is ‘C’, then call 5545603
• If your answer option is ‘D’, then call 5545604

For BSNL land line subscribers other than Punjab and Rajasthan: BSNL land line subscribers ( other than Punjab and Rajasthan) have to send the answer by calling the IVR number 5052525. Here is a way to send answer by BSNL land line subscribers.

• If your answer option is ‘A’, then call 5052525 01
• If your answer option is ‘B’, then call 5052525 02
• If your answer option is ‘C’, then call 5052525 03
• If your answer option is ‘D’, then call 5052525 04

For BSNL land line subscribers in Punjab and Rajasthan: BSNL land line subscribers in Punjab and Rajasthan have to send the answer by calling the IVR number 12555. Here is a way to send answer by BSNL land line subscribers.

• If your answer option is ‘A’, then call 12555 01
• If your answer option is ‘B’, then call 12555 02
• If your answer option is ‘C’, then call 12555 03
• If your answer option is ‘D’, then call 12555 04
